HAMMONIA Reederei is a ship management company and a competent project developer in international shipping.

A joint venture between three Companies, all being leading entities in their respective business portfolio, enables the HAMMONIA Reederei to profit from the resources and know-how of its parent companies.

• The Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG (short PDS-KG) is one of the most prestigious shipping companies in Germany managing the chartering for a very modern fleet of around 450 Containervessels and bulk carriers.

• The HCI Capital AG, which conceives closed end funds, amongst others, covering Vessels, real estate and private equity is one of the leading bank-independent issuing houses in Germany

• GE (General Electric Corp. US) with the subsidiaries GE Transportation Finance and GECAS, belongs to the leading providers for financing solutions in the logistic and transport sector worldwide.

The HAMMONIA Reederei manages a range of Container vessels for closed end funds as well as the total fleet of
the Hamburg stock exchange listed HCI HAMMONIA SHIPPING AG and Capitalships GmbH & Co. KG. Presently the HAMMONIA fleet comprises of 51 container vessels, 2 bulk carrier and also 15 multi purpose vessels. Further vessels have been ordered and are currently in progress.
