07.11.2008 - First vessel for the CAPITALSHIPS fleet

MV CS "KATJANA"

 

October 15th, 2008, the first vessel, MV “CS KATJANA” was taken over by CAPITALSHIPS, a joint venture between  GE Transportation Finance and the Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG. MV “CS KATJANA” was built in 2001 at the polish shipyard Stocznia Szczecinska.

It has a capacity of 3.108 TEU, is 221,20 m long, 32,30 m wide and has a draft of 12 m. The cruising speed is 22 knots. The HAMMONIA Reederei is responsible for the management of the MV “CS KATJANA”
