Our Suezmax tanker "Aura M" has recently completed her First Special Survey at Yiu Lian Dockyards (Shekou), China.

The stay in the yard included a wide range of upgrades and maintenance works to ensure long-term performance, safety, and compliance:

✅ Application of high-performance silicon hull coating (Jotun SeaQuest Endura)

✅ Overhaul of Main Engine, Auxiliary Engines, and Scrubber

✅ Engine control system upgraded from Autochief C20 to Autochief 600

✅ Modification of BWTS to meet USCG requirements

✅ Installation of shaft power torsion meter

✅ Focus on maintaining highest onboard safety standards

✅ Continuous performance improvements within the Stena Pool

✅ Commitment to keeping the vessel’s CII rating at the best possible level
